习近平法治思想是马克思主义法学原理与全面依法治国、建设法治中国实践相结合的重大理论成果。习近平法治思想进"思想道德修养与法律基础课"有助于诠释高校育人的初心和使命、践行社会主义核心价值观和大学生法治素养的提升。通过分析2018年版教材的修订变化,梳理阐述习近平法治思想的核心观点,激发教师树立"教学学术"理念,以新媒体和新技术为载体,开展丰富的理论教学和实践教学,传播法治理念,弘扬法治精神。

Xi jinping's law-ruling thought is a major theoretical achievement that combines Marxist law principles with the practice of comprehensively lawful governing and law building in China. The integration of Xi Jinping's law-ruling thought into the course of"Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Law basics"is helpful for the interpretation of the initial goal and mission of higher education,the practice of socialist core values,and the promotion of university students' law-abiding quality. By comparing and analyzing the revision and changes of the textbook published in 2018,this paper expounds the core points of Xi Jinping's law-ruling thought,encourages teachers to establish their academic concept of teaching,carries out rich theoretical and practical teaching via the new media and technology,so as to disseminate the law-ruling concept and promote its spirit as well.
