加强高校学生工作是坚持党的路线方针,顺应新时代发展的要求。目前,高校学生工作在学生管理、学生发展、理论研究以及考评机制方面存在同质化和发展滞缓的问题。内卷化理论为解决这一问题提供全新视角,从宏观、中观和微观三方面层层剖析问题产生之根源,进而提出更新思想观念,突破高校学生工作旧思路,从教育本身出发努力提高教学质量,提升高校内部管理的效率,正确处理思想政治教育和学生事务管理的关系,建立科学的学生工作评价体系的完善建议。

Strengthening the education of college students is the basic requirement of adhering to the party's line and policy and to meet the needs of the development of the new era. At present,there are problems of homogenization and development stagnation in student management,student development,theoretical research and evaluation mechanism. The theory of involution provides a new perspective for solving these problems. It analyzes the root causes of the problems from the macro,meso and micro aspects,and then proposes to update the ideological concepts,break through the old ideas of college students work,and strive to improve teaching quality from education itself,to improve the efficiency of internal management of colleges and universities,correctly handle the relationship between ideological and political education and student affairs management,and establish a perfect proposal for a scientific student work evaluation system.
