The application-oriented undergraduate universities undertake the task of training junior and senior technical application-oriented talents.The paper discusses how to introduce the ideas and methods of curriculum module in teaching and realize the possibility of teaching process' continuing through the talents' training such as training target,teaching link,curriculum system,teaching contents,teaching arrangement and teaching evaluation.It should focus on training the students' ability by the means of curriculum module.The paper discusses the correspondence of curriculum module and training of application-oriented talents in university education from the three aspects-macroscopic,middle-level view and microscopic and how to solve the problems in the process of carrying on curriculum module,which is quite beneficial to achieve the goal of the training of application-oriented talents.
